Beyond the Job Board: Targeting Companies, Not Job

Many job seekers make the mistake of focusing solely on internet job boards and classifieds to find open positions. While this practice may generate leads, you could be only scratching the surface of the internet-based job market. Some companies may never advertise their open positions on the prominent job posting websites like Monster.com or Careerbuilder.com.
